Celtic have been handed a huge boost in the title race, as Tom Rogic has returned to training.

What's the word?

As reported by Video Celts, Rogic was pictured training outdoors at Lennoxtown on Friday.

The Australian international has not featured for the club since the turn of the year, as he continues his rehabilitation from a knee surgery.

The report does not expect the playmaker to return to the squad against Aberdeen, but says he could feature in the Glasgow derby at the end of the month.

Title-decider?

Already boasting an eight point lead at the top of the table, Celtic are in a glorious position to continue their domestic dominance with just five games remaining.

If there was one flaw in the Bhoys squad though, other than perhaps at right-back, then it would be creating chances from midfield, where they don’t really have a like-for-like replacement for Rogic.

The popular 26 year-old has four goals and five assists in all competitions this season despite being hampered by injury.

His ability to carve teams open and create something out of nothing could prove crucial as the matches get tighter towards the end of the season.

In fact, if he returns for the Old Firm, he could just be the man to decide the title race once and for all.
