Celtic have made a dreadful start, by their own lofty standards, to the new season in Scotland. The reigning league champions currently find themselves mired in sixth place, having already fallen to two defeats.

Not only that, but the Bhoys have failed to reach the Champions League group stages for the first time in Brendan Rodgers' tenure. Following a frustrating summer transfer window, this is the lowest point of the Rodgers era so far.

The ex-Liverpool boss' first two campaigns north of the border were a triumph however, with him securing a domestic treble in each campaign. The Celtic Park faithful have not forgotten those recent glory days and Rodgers has done more than enough to earn their enduring support throughout this difficult period.

When we asked Celtic fans whether or not they still believe that the 45-year-old is the right man for the job, 89% stated yes. Clearly, many retain faith in the manager’s ability to turn this crisis around. See the full results below.
