According to a report by Turkish media outlet Webaslan, John Guidetti is keen to re-join Celtic having enjoyed a successful season-long loan spell with them previously.

The 27-year-old is currently finding first-team minutes hard to come by with La Liga outfit Alaves, and Webaslan says that Galatasaray want him but that the striker would prefer a return to Parkhead instead.

The Sweden international scored 15 goals in 35 appearances in all competitions for the Bhoys during the 2014/15 season, but he finally left Manchester City to sign for Celta Vigo on a permanent basis that summer following a number of temporary spells away from the Etihad.

Guidetti netted 22 goals in 95 appearances in total for Celta before joining their Spanish rivals Alaves, but he has played just 340 minutes of football for them this term, which has led to rumours linking him with a January exit.

The Playmaker FC squad decided to wind-up some unsuspecting Brazil fans at the Emirates on Saturday night. Watch the hilarious results in the video below...

Brendan Rodgers had no time to replace Moussa Dembele during the summer transfer window following the Frenchman's late move to Lyon, and the Northern Irishman may well want to add some competition for Odsonne Edouard and Leigh Griffiths, with Scott Sinclair sometimes being called upon to fill in up top even though it isn't his natural position.

We decided to ask Celtic fans to vote on our poll to see whether they would like to see their club re-sign the Swede, but a majority 55% said that they wouldn't as you can see from the results below.

Presumably, they feel that the Glagow giants should be aiming higher if they are to bring a new centre-forward to Celtic Park.
