Celtic will not pursue a deal to sign Danny Graham on a free transfer, according to the Glasgow Evening Times.
The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to Celtic Park after having recently been released by Premier League side Sunderland.
It was believed that new Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers wanted to sign Graham again after the pair worked together at Swansea City.
Graham scored 14 goals under Rodgers in the Welsh club’s first season back in the top flight in England after the Northern Irishman purchased the striker for £3.5million from Watford.
Graham’s goals have dried up in recent seasons though, and the Black Cats loaned him out to four different clubs with mixed results.
He did score seven goals last season in the Championship with Blackburn Rovers and the Evening Times believes that this will be Graham’s most likely destination with Owen Coyle already having expressed an interest in bringing the forward back to Ewood Park.
