As reported by Turkish outlet Yeni Akit, Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is a transfer target for Besiktas this summer.
The outlet reckons the Turkish side want him on a season-long loan with a view to buying him permanent at the end of 2018/19.
With 18 goals and 8 assists this season, Morelos has had a good debut season at Rangers, especially considering his young age of 21.
He is undoubtedly one of failed manager Pedro Caixinha’s better signings at the Light Blues and in a poor season was one of their most consistent performers, even when not hitting the back of the net.
However, with Steven Gerrard coming into the club and potentially looking to bring new attacking talent to the club like Jermain Defoe, should Rangers try and cash in on the striker?
They could arguably attract a decent fee for the young Colombian that could be diverted elsewhere in the team and the play himself has made it no secret he has ambitions to play at a higher level at some point in his career.
Should Rangers actively be looking to sell Morelos this summer?
