Despite starting the season quite well at Rangers after signing on-loan from Angers, Lassana Coulibaly has tailed off massively since suffering an injury, dividing opinion between the fanbase as a result.
The Malian has two goals in 21 appearances for the Gers, but failed to impress on a night where Steven Gerrard really needed him to perform as the Glaswegian side exited the Europa League after failing to beat Rapid Vienna.
22-year-old Coulibaly wasn’t entirely at fault, but his noticeably poor display has angered fans who are now asking for him to be sent back to the Ligue 1 club.
However, his poor form may, as aforementioned, be a result of a recent injury suffered by the midfielder which appears to have knocked him out of his groove.
Do you think the Malian should have his loan move made into a permanent one in the summer, or is he not worth investing in? Have your say down below, and keep an eye out for the published results…
