Ex-Rangers striker Kenny Miller has sent a message to Billy Gilmour on Instagram after the starlet made his Premier League debut for Chelsea.

The 18-year-old - who was developed in the Rangers academy before Chelsea signed him for £500k in 2017 - was handed his first ever start in England's top-flight by Frank Lampard on Sunday, lining up against Everton at Stamford Bridge.

On a day where he would've been afforded a mistake or two, Gilmour was instead one of the best players on the park.

Chelsea's No.47 was handed the Man of the Match award by Alan Smith having completed more passes than any other player with 80 to his name in a near-faultless display - he ended the game with a 91.3% passing accuracy.

After full-time, Miller - who won back-to-back Scottish Premiership titles with Rangers - tweeted a message of support to Gilmour following his triumphant Premier League debut.
