Pl>ymaker FC’s C’mon the Hoops pays tribute to Fernando Ricksen

Ex-Rangers player Fernando Ricksen has died aged 43 following a six-year battle with motor neurone disease.

Ricksen was an immensely popular character around Ibrox during his six-year spell with the club, after being signed by Dick Advocaat in 2000.

He had a hand in helping the club win several trophies in the early 2000’s, even winning the SPFA player of the year award in the 2004/05 season.

Putting rivalries aside, Pl>ymaker FC’s C’mon the Hoops paid tribute to the former star.
