Loads of Rangers fans are calling for the club to re-sign Kyle Lafferty, after the big striker made it four in a row against Celtic.

If you want to convince Rangers fans to take you back, then scoring against Celtic is a pretty good way to go about it.

Lafferty has now scored in his last four Premiership appearances against the Gers’ arch-rivals, and fans are calling for him to “come home”.

The 30 year-old scored the only goal in Hearts’ 1-0 win over Celtic on Saturday, volleying home the winner in the 56th minute.

The Gers of course had a bid rejected for the Northern Irishman last month, as they continue the search for more attacking firepower.

Steven Gerrard will be delighted with the start Alfredo Morelos has made, but there is still the feeling that they could be short of goals if they don’t bring in another striker.

Lafferty has experience, he knows the club, is in form, and his extra goals could just give Gerrard the push he needs to mount a title charge.
