Rangers fans believe defender Lee Hodson is on his way out of the club following his omission from Steven Gerrard’s squad against Osijek.
The 26-year-old joined the Gers from Milton Keynes Dons in 2016 but has failed to adjust to life in the Scottish Premier League, only making 17 league appearances in two seasons.
The Northern Ireland international had hoped to get back into contention following the appointment of Steven Gerrard this summer at the Ibrox, but now it appears the new boss considers the right-back surplus to requirements.
In his latest squad for the Europa Leauge qualifying clash against Croatian side Osijek on Thursday, Gerrard hasn’t included Lee Hodson, but has selected Graham Dorrans and Jordan Rossiter, who are both suffering with injuries.
Many Rangers fans believe this is a clear sign that Hodson is on his way out of the club this transfer window, and they have been reacting to the omission on social media.
