Loads of Rangers fans have been reacting to Thursday night’s Europa League clash, and they’re absolutely delighted with the performance of Borna Barisic.

Rangers came from behind twice in Spain on Thursday to earn a 2-2 draw against Villarreal, and there were plenty of impressive performances.

James Tavernier showed exactly why he has the armband, Allan McGregor made an incredible save down to his right in the second half, and Glenn Middleton seems to get better every time he steps on the pitch.

Barisic might just be the pick of the bunch though, as the 25-year-old’s ability to fly down the left flank and whip delicious balls into the box once again provided a goal.

The Croatian latched on to a wonderful pass down the line from Middleton with the score at 2-1, before sending a low cross for Kyle Lafferty to finish at the near post.

Steven Gerrard and the Gers signed several relatively unknown players this summer, and the move for Barisic is looking like real a stroke of genius.
