Rangers have completed the signing of Ryan Kent from Liverpool on a year-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old winger is a product of the Liverpool academy and has spent the past few seasons out on loan, most recently at Bristol City where he made ten appearances during his spell at Ashton Gate.
Leeds United and Blackburn Rovers were rumoured to be interested in signing the young talent this summer but Steven Gerrard managed to pip the Championship clubs to his signature.
It’s Rangers’ third signing of the summer from Liverpool following the arrivals of Jon Flanagan and Ovie Ejaria at the Ibrox as new boss Gerrard looks to make the most of his Anfield connections.
Kent will be looking to put a disappointing season behind him after failing to make much of an impression during his loan spells at Freiburg and Bristol City.
Rangers fans have been reacting to the club’s tenth signing of the summer and this is what they’ve had to say.
Quality winger. Speed, can beat a man easily and good delivery 👍👍.

Looks like a great player, good touch, nice close control and a decent bit of pace, look forward to seeing him getting game time
