These Rangers fans adored the performance of Steve Davis on Thursday night, as he marshalled the Gers midfield in their 0-0 draw with Legia Warsaw.

The tie is evenly poised after the tense affair in Poland, with Steven Gerrard’s men hosting the Poles next week at Ibrox. One player who got the fans talking after the game was the Northern Irishman, who instilled calm in what was a tricky goalless affair.

Having spent the second half of last season on loan at Ibrox, Davis was signed to a permanent deal this summer and has started his third Gers spell well.
