Rangers fans mock rivals as Celtic vs Hearts semi-final is moved

Loads of Rangers fans have been mocking their League Cup rivals, after the latest updates confirmed one of the semi-finals will be moved to Edinburgh.

The news that both League Cup semi-finals would take place in the same place on the same day was met with widespread criticism, but the clash between Hearts and Celtic has now been moved.

Rangers will still face Aberdeen at Hampden Park at 16:30 on Sunday October 28, but the earlier clash between Celtic and Hearts will now be staged at Murrayfield.

The congestion of the two semi-finals was made even trickier by the fact that both Old Firm sides have Europa League clashes on the previous Thursday, but Rangers fans are mocking their rivals for their reactions to the ordeal.

Both Aberdeen and Hearts expressed their concerns about the original scheduling of the games, and Brendan Rodgers has now described the fixture arrangement as “unfair”.

The Gers are the only team that has not complained about what has been quite a messy ordeal, and you can find some of the best Twitter reactions down below…
