Rangers fans rave about Ryan Kent’s Europa League performance

Rangers have emerged from a gruelling Europa League qualifying campaign intact, sealing their spot in the group stages and maintaining Steven Gerrard’s unbeaten record.

The Scottish giants did not make things easy for themselves in the second leg of the 2-1 aggregate victory over FC Ufa though, drawing 1-1 on the night and finishing the match with just nine men following the dismissals of Alfredo Morelos and Jon Flanagan.

There is clearly some work still to do but fans were delighted with the performance of Liverpool loanee Ryan Kent, who was left leading the line on his own after Morelos’ red card but did a superb job in the match in Russia.

His displays did not go unnoticed and many supporters took to social media after the match to praise the 21-year-old, a player who faces a battle for regular opportunities in the side up against the likes of Morelos and Kyle Lafferty.

We have gathered some of the best reactions from social media below.
