Rangers fans were delighted with Sheyi Ojo’s debut contribution

Liverpool loanee Sheyi Ojo made his competitive debut for Rangers on Tuesday night and fans were delighted with his performance.

The Gers were in action against St. Joseph’s of Gibraltar in the first round of UEFA Europa League qualifying, storming to a 4-0 first leg win that all but confirms their place in the next round of the competition.

Thogden challenged himself to DM 100 footballers on Instagram. Find out who replied in the video below…

Ojo was one of the team’s top performers, finding himself on the score-sheet alongside established regulars in Steven Gerrard’s first-team like Alfredo Morelos, Ryan Jack and Borna Barisic.

The 22-year-old has joined the club on a season-long loan, and his first display is an initial good sign he can fit into the Rangers side and provide a real threat on the flanks.

Tougher tests will arrive after that of course, but fans were nonetheless pleased with his contribution, with many taking to Twitter to share their thoughts on his first 90 minutes in Rangers colours…
