A majority of Rangers fans would like to see the club try to bring striker Oli McBurnie to Ibrox this summer, after his latest public comments stating his desire for the club he loves to do well under Steven Gerrard.
Speaking on Scotland duty to outlets such as The Daily Record, the Swansea City forward has made it clear he would jump at the chance of a move to the Scottish Premiership to play in Gerrard’s new era.
The Scotland international has limited first team experience but did do well on loan at English Championship side Barnsley in the second half of last season, scoring nine goals in 17 appearances.
Also banging in plenty of goals for Swansea’s U23s side, he is a bright prospect that with backing could have a successful career at Rangers.
Supporters have been split when debating a potential move for the player on social media, especially after uninspiring performances for Scotland recently.
However, it appears a majority would like him to make the switch to Glasgow, with 63% of respondents to a poll we published earlier this week believing Rangers should try to sign him.
