Rangers got back to winning ways last night as they overcame St. Johnstone in the closing minutes to emerge victorious 3-2 at Ibrox.
The Gers have not had the best time of it this season with recent weeks really testing the club but yesterday evening’s win might just mark the moment where the tide turns back in their favour.
After seeing their visitors claw their way back into the game from 2-0 to 2-2 you felt that it was going to be another frustrating result for the Ibrox side before Emerson Hyndman stepped up.
On loan from Bournemouth, the American was the best player on the pitch yesterday and duly grabbed the winner in the closing stages to send the home fans into raptures.
It could indeed prove to be the moment where Rangers start to catch Aberdeen again and from the reaction on Twitter, there really was only one man to thank.
Here, then, is some of the best of what was said about the youngster Hyndman…

@emersonhyndman almost broke the crossbar in two with strike just before it. Miles ahead of everyone on the park
