According to reports in The Sun, Arsenal are willing to let defender Gabriel Paulista leave this summer and La Liga outfit Valencia are lining up a £10m move for the Brazilian.

The Sun says that the 26-year-old is free to depart the Gunners before the transfer window slams shut at the end of the month having struggled to become a regular in the starting line-up and having fallen behind Rob Holding in the pecking order.

The Sun says that Arsene Wenger paid around £11.3m to bring Gabriel to the Emirates from Villarreal just two years ago but he would accept an offer of around £10m for him now.

Arsenal supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media, and they were divided with their opinions.

While some say that he "has not future" at the club and that he isn’t good enough to stay, others believe that there is "no chance" he will leave because Wenger needs cover in the centre-back positions.
