Arsenal fans are not a happy bunch right now and you can understand why. After a dreadful 4-0 drubbing away to top four rivals Liverpool, their problems at the start of this season feel like the same ones that littered last season.
Things don’t seem to be changing for the better at the club and with the pressure again ramping up on Arsene Wenger, fans are beginning to accept that some of their top stars might not want to hang around.
The contracts of Mesut Ozil, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Alexis Sanchez all expire at the end of the season and entering the last week of the transfer window, supporters reckon they could leave the club.
In the case of Sanchez in particular they seem to understand his predicament, realising that the heights the Chilean attacker can reach are not matched by his teammates.
It’s rare for supporters to side with want-away stars but that appears to be exactly what is happening.
Fans took to Twitter in the wake of the Liverpool defeat to sympathise with the attacker, despite his return to the first team not exactly setting the world alight…
