Sometimes you just cannot win.

After losing 2-1 at Watford in the Premier League on October 14, Arsenal returned to winning ways with a 5-2 success at Everton, who have since sacked head coach Ronald Koeman, on Sunday afternoon.

The result saw the Gunners move into fifth position in the Premier League table, and despite some poor results, they are actually only four points off second-placed Manchester United after nine matches of the 2017-18 campaign.

Arsenal's Twitter account posted an image of Alexis Sanchez celebrating his goal against Everton, and suggested that the club's supporters should be doing the same.

The Arsenal fans took exception to the post, however, as they claimed that the club should celebrate when they actually win a trophy, rather than after overcoming a poor Everton team.

You can understand the point that the Arsenal supporters are trying to make, although sometimes it is just nice to enjoy positive results when they arrive.
