It will be 16th against seventh at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon as Everton welcome Arsenal in the Premier League.

Everton have only collected eight points from their eight Premier League matches this season, with that total only good enough for 16th position.

The Toffees will enter the match off the back of another disappointing result, meanwhile, after losing to Lyon in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Arsenal, on the other hand, returned to winning ways in the Europa League last time out, but the Gunners suffered a 2-1 defeat at Watford in the Premier League last weekend.

A total of 13 points from eight matches has left Arsenal in seventh, and they are already 12 points off the top of the table as we prepare to enter November.

On Sunday morning, Arsenal's official Twitter account posted an image looking ahead to the Everton match, and it would be fair to say that there was a mixed reaction from the supporters.

Some feel that their team will be strong enough to overcome Everton, but many are worried that it will prove to be another extremely disappointing afternoon.
