Aston Villa fans urge Bruce to leave fit-again Hutton and Samba on the sidelines

Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce confirmed in his pre-match press conference for the visit of Brentford to Villa Park on Saturday that Alan Hutton and Chris Samba are available following injury, but Villa fans aren’t keen to see them return.

Hutton missed the 1-1 draw against Bristol City before the international break because of an ankle problem while Samba injured his knee in the clash against the Robins, leaving them as doubts for the home game against the Bees.

However, the duo are fit and Bruce will have to make a decision on whether Hutton will come back into the side for their latest Championship fixture.

Ahmed Elmohamady and James Bree featured at right wing-back and right-back respectively when Samba was substituted off at Ashton Gate, while Ritchie De Laet may also be in contention for the same spots.

Aston Villa supporters were quick to have their say on the news via social media, and they would prefer Bruce to leave the duo out as they obviously feel that they aren’t good enough.
