It is safe to say that a large number of West Ham United fans were less than enthused with the club's move to the London Stadium last year.

Many have accused the Olympic ground of lacking the atmosphere that made Upton Park a fortress during the club's 112-year stay.

The results have not always been desirable either, but they were forced to play their first three Premier League matches of this season away due to the World Athletics Championships being staged at the Stratford base.

So far, the Hammers have played four games in all competitions at the London Stadium, winning three and drawing the other.

This evening, the club will host Brighton in a bid to get back to claim just a third league triumph of the season.

As it stands, the East London outfit sit just two points above the relegation zone, and before the game manager Slaven Bilic spoke about the importance of the stadium.

Some fans, though, did not share his sentiments, while others were just focused on the matter at hand.
