As reported by The Daily Record, Celtic striker will miss the tail-end of the Hoops' incredible season after suffering a hamstring injury against Rangers in the Scottish Cup semi-final on Sunday.

That includes the final of the competition against Aberdeen, the final step required to complete a rare domestic treble of trophies.

The young Frenchman has been in ridiculous form this season, scoring a fantastic 32 goals in all competitions.

It's undoubtedly a blow for the Scottish champions who have come to rely on the striker at points this season. However, it could give him some good rest before important UEFA Champions League qualifiers and it's not like the Hoops are lacking for firepower.

The likes of Scott Sinclair, Leigh Griffiths and Patrick Roberts all have the goals in them to help their team continue blowing away the opposition.

For supporters, some are relaxed about the situation, some are a little panicky and the rest are mostly just hoping Griffiths can stay fit.
