Alvaro Morata scored his third Premier League goal of the season in Chelsea's 2-1 win over Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

It did appear that the Spain international would be heading for Manchester United in the summer, but the Red Devils instead moved for Romelu Lukaku, leaving Chelsea free to sign the centre-forward from Real Madrid.

Morata has certainly hit the ground running at Chelsea, and he netted another vital goal on Saturday as the Premier League champions chalked off their third straight league win.

Somewhat bizarrely, all three of Morata's Chelsea goals have been headers, and he will be looking to score his first 'foot goal' in next Sunday's clash with an under-pressure Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

It would be fair to say that the Chelsea supporters have immediately taken to the striker, who is valued at £45m by transfermarkt.co.uk, and the Spaniard took to Twitter in the aftermath of the Leicester match to reveal his own delight.
