According to reports in the Daily Mirror, Chelsea have joined Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester City in the race to sign unsettled Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer.

The Gunners star has just a year left on his contract at the Emirates and according to Sky Sports has become frustrated at the lack of progress and playing time he has had under Arsene Wenger following his move from Southampton in 2011.

Now Blues boss Antonio Conte is said to have registered his interest in the England international, as he looks to provide competition for Victor Moses in the right wing-back spot – a position Oxlade-Chamberlain excelled in for Arsenal towards the end of last season.

Chelsea supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media, with many saying that they didn’t want the 23-year-old and others claiming that he wouldn’t even make the matchday squad.
