Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose has potentially thrown his future into doubt following an exclusive interview with The Sun, and Chelsea fans want their club to try and sign the 27-year-old.

Speaking to The Sun, Rose said that he feels he is worth more than the current £65,000-a-week deal he is on at Spurs, says he wants to win medals and trophies and has attacked his side’s ambition as they are yet to sign a player this summer despite Kyle Walker leaving for Manchester City last month.

Meanwhile, Blues boss Antonio Conte is actively looking to provide Marcos Alonso with some more competition in the left wing-back role, and he could be tempted to launch an offer for the England international who appears to be unsettled with life at the north London outfit.

Chelsea supporters were quick to give their reaction to Rose’s comments via social media, and they have urged the Premier League holders to move for the left-back as they feel he would be a "perfect fit" at Stamford Bridge.

Here is just a selection of the Twitter reaction…
