Some Chelsea fans are concerned that selling Mohamed Salah will come back to haunt them following his move to Liverpool.

The Merseyside outfit confirmed on their official website on Thursday that the Egyptian international has joined the club from Roma on a long-term deal.

BBC Sport claims that Liverpool have paid £34m for the 25-year-old, who will be part of the club's attacking force.

Salah spent two years on Chelsea's books between 2014 and 2016, but he made just 13 Premier League appearances in total.

After failing to make an instant impact, the attacker was sent on loan Fiorentina and Roma, where he made a permanent move last year.

Despite Salah's forgettable spell at Chelsea, some Blues fans are worried that they will end up regretting selling him when he lines up for Liverpool.

He has certainly improved since leaving Stamford Bridge as he has scored 29 goals and registered 17 assists in Serie A across two seasons at Roma.

Other Chelsea fans do not share the same concerns, with many pointing out that Salah was a flop at the West London outfit.
