Everton announced on their official website on Saturday that defender Tyias Browning had completed his season-long loan move to Championship outfit Sunderland.
Mackems boss Simon Grayson signed the 23-year-old on loan for former club Preston North End during the second-half of last season immediately after the right-back had penned a new two-and-a-half year contract at Goodison Park.
Now he has returned to snap the former England Under-20 international, who has made just nine appearances in all competitions for the Toffees up for the recently-relegated Black Cats, who will be looking to make an immediate return to the Premier League next term.
Everton supporters were quick to have their say on the news via social media, and the majority of people are hoping that Browning returns stronger following the spell at the Stadium of Light, while others hinted that they didn’t want him to go in the first place.
