According to reports in The Mirror, Everton winger Ademola Lookman is a target for Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur having struggled for first team minutes this season, and Toffees fans would not be happy if the club did sell him.

The 19-year-old only moved to Goodison Park during the January transfer window in an £11m deal from League One outfit Charlton Athletic, but despite scoring on his top flight debut against Manchester City and making eight appearances in total before the end of last season, the forward has found first team opportunities harder to come by this term.

Lookman has featured for just 160 minutes in the EFL Cup and Europa League qualifiers having been pushed down the pecking order following the arrivals of Wayne Rooney, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Davy Klaassen and Nikola Vlasic, and now Spurs are circling.

Everton supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media, and while some said they would be "done" if he goes, others said it 'wouldn’t surprise them' given his lack of game time.
