According to reports in The Sun, Everton have sounded out former Watford boss Walter Mazzarri as a potential replacement for Ronald Koeman if he leaves his post, but Toffees fans aren’t impressed.
The Sun says that despite owner Farhad Moshiri’s vote of confidence following the 1-0 defeat to Burnley at Goodison Park on Sunday, the Merseyside outfit are already looking at replacements for the Dutchman.
The Toffees have lost four of their seven Premier League fixtures this season, while they have also taken just one point from the six available in their Europa League group following a summer of spending.
However, appointing Mazzarri would certainly be a controversial decision considering he was sacked by Watford earlier this year, with the Hornets finishing 17th in the top flight last term.
Everton supporters were quick to have their say on the rumour via social media, and while some simply said “no thank you”, others would “rather have Moyes back”.

Why? What an absurd appointment after Koeman if true, lol

I don't think there's anything in that story at all. I don't think he'll get sacked anytime soon either, he'll get till at least Christmas
