According to reports in The Telegraph, Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino could be set to leave the club as co-owner Andrea Radrizzani is ready to buy the remaining 50% stake.
After a controversial three-year spell on and off the field at Elland Road in which he has proved to be a largely unpopular figure for fans, Cellino could be on his way out of Yorkshire after the club narrowly missed out on the Championship play-off positions despite coming from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 with Norwich City on Saturday.
Radrizzani is now ready to take full control in order to push the side on next term but it is unclear whether Garry Monk will continue as manager.
Leeds United supporters were quick to have their say on the latest rumours via social media, and many will be glad to see the back of Cellino.

Literally cannot wait for the Phil Hay tweet confirming Cellino has gone for good. It’ll feel like 15 Christmases at once.

@PhilHayYEP Don't get me wrong, Cellino has done his thing and needs to go but Mr R may be an unpopular guy in the short term if reports ring true…
