In a surprise turn of events, it appears as though Leeds are interested in former player Robert Snodgrass, according to reports.

It is thought that the Yorkshire club are just one of a number of teams interested in the services of the 29-year-old Scotsman. Norwich, Brighton and Newcastle are also thought to be keen on adding Snodgrass to their squads for the new season.

Following a sensation start to the 2016/17 season with Hull, Snodgrass was rewarded with a move to West Ham in January. However, since he arrived at the London Stadium, he has failed to find his form and has struggled to adapt to life with the Hammers.

With the imminent arrival of Marko Arnautovic in East London, it seems as though Snodgrass may be surplus to requirements, which is exciting Leeds fans who want to see their former player back at Elland Road.

In fact, some of the Leeds faithful took to Twitter to express their delight at the potential return of the Scotsman...
