It is not uncommon for football fans to show their support to their lifelong team with tattoos. Some get the club crest inked onto their skin, while others get signatures and images of individual players. On this occasion, it appears that a Liverpool fan in America has decided to permanently pay tribute to Adam Lallana, who has become a fan favourite over the past 12 months for impressing under manager Jurgen Klopp. The supporter, believed to be called Andreah, did not opt for his shirt number or name for the tattoo, but instead decided to go for an image of his face attached to a llama’s body.[ad_pod id='now-tv' align='centre']The bizarre piece of body art covers the entire left thigh of the fan, who reportedly tweeted:  “The pain is worth it to show my love for #AdamLallana and @LFC.”

The play on words will produce many a chuckle from football fans, but this supporter now has that image etched permanently onto her skin.

Luckily, Lallana has been impressive this season, even if his team are having a horrid 2017, as he has scored seven Premier League goals and created as many assists.

It does not look like this fan will be commemorating any trophy wins this season with tattoos as Liverpool are out of both the EFL Cup and FA Cup, while they sit 13 points adrift of league leaders Chelsea.
