Andrew Robertson joined Liverpool from Hull City in the summer, with the Scotland international signing a long-term contract at Anfield.
The 23-year-old was a part of the Hull team that were relegated from the Premier League last season, but his impressive performances saw him earn a move to a Champions League club.
The left-back, who is valued at £7m by transfermarkt.co.uk, has started two Premier League matches for Liverpool this season, but has not yet featured in the Champions League, with Alberto Moreno currently the first-choice left-back at the club.
Moreno’s form has picked up a touch, but it would be fair to say that the Spaniard is not the most consistent or reliable of defenders.
Robertson is currently waiting for his chance to be given a regular run in the team, but if it were up to the majority of Liverpool supporters, the Scot would be the club’s number one choice on the left side of what is a very wobbly defence.
