Liverpool fans have their say ahead of huge Man United clash

Liverpool play host to arch-rivals Manchester United at Anfield on Saturday in what is always one of the biggest Premier League matches of the season, and Reds fans have been having their say on the clash.

The Merseyside outfit come into the fixture against the Red Devils in seventh position in the standings having won three, drawn three and lost one of their opening seven top flight games this term.

A draw against Newcastle United at St James’ Park before the international break was preceded by a 3-2 win at Leicester City and a 1-1 tie against Burnley at Anfield, and Jurgen Klopp will know that his side need to perform better than they did against the Clarets when they host United on their own patch this weekend.

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho’s men are unbeaten and only being kept off of the top of the standings on goal difference from Manchester City following an impressive start to the campaign.

Liverpool supporters were quick to have their say ahead of the crunch clash via social media, and while some said they were “slightly scared”, others “have faith that the lads will see it out”.
