Liverpool fans pay tribute to £36m-rated star following West Ham match

Mohamed Salah scored his 11th and 12th Liverpool goals of the season in the Merseyside club’s 4-1 victory at West Ham United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

It would be fair to say that eyebrows were raised when Liverpool broke their transfer record to bring Salah to Anfield during the summer transfer window.

The Egypt international had previously struggled to make his mark at Chelsea, but the attacker has been in stunning form for Jurgen Klopp’s side this season.

Indeed, the 25-year-old, who is valued at £36m by, has now managed seven goals in just 11 league appearances, and his performance was vital in Liverpool beating West Ham in the capital.

On Saturday, Liverpool’s official Twitter account posted a quote from Klopp paying tribute to the importance of the former Roma forward.

As expected, the club’s supporters were out in force to hail Salah, who has shown that he certainly has the credentials to operate in the Premier League.
