Manchester United lost for the first time in this season's English Premier League on Saturday, taken by surprise away to top-flight new boys Huddersfield Town.

Jose Mourinho's side were well below par across for ninety minutes, but it was five crazy minutes in the first half that destroyed their chances of a result with Juan Mata and Victor Lindelof both making individual errors to allow the home side to go 2-0 up by half-time.

The Red Devils rallied in the second half but a Marcus Rashford effort wasn't enough to gain a point and Huddersfield held on, much to the delight of their supporters and fans of United's title rivals.

Fans were left furious with the result and the performance, with much of their rage directed at defender Lindelof, who had come off the bench to replace the injured Phil Jones before his calamitous role in Huddersfield's goals.

A summer signing from Benfica, Lindelof has struggled to make an impact in the early part of the season and Saturday was just his second appearance in the league.

His performance left some supporters in no rush to see a third.

They took to Twitter to share their thoughts on it all...
