Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Barry Bannan took some time out to send praise to loaned-out striker Lucas Joao.
The 23-year-old Portuguese forward is currently on a temporary deal at Blackburn Rovers in order to pick up some game time.
Joao could have played a pivotal role in the Owls’ Premier League promotion bid on Tuesday night when he scored a late equaliser against Fulham.
The Cottagers were seconds away from taking all three points and Sheffield Wednesday’s spot in the playoff places, but were denied by Joao.
The young forward struck in the 94th minute to drag Blackburn out of the relegation zone and in turn keep his parent club in the top six.
Not only did plenty of fans recognise Joao’s contribution, Bannan tweeted his plaudit with clapping hand emojis.

Joao scored six goals in 42 Championship appearances last season following his move from Nacional in 2015.
After featuring 10 times, including seven league starts, for the Owls in the first half of the season, the forward was sent to Blackburn, where he has netted three goals in four outings as a substitute.
