David Silva has established himself as one of the finest players in the Premier League since arriving in English football but Manchester City’s reliance on the Spaniard has eased following the captures of the likes of Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling.
Despite that, Silva remains an integral part of Pep Guardiola’s side and the 31-year-old has featured in 23 of the Citizens’ 26 Premier League matches this term- whilst also being a regular in the Champions League campaign and the FA Cup.
Throughout his time in England, Silva has been renowned as a quality player on the ball, capable of carving out opportunities for his team-mates whilst also having an eye for goal himself. Just how good he is though has only just been identified.
