Southampton and Brighton had to settle for a point apiece on Sunday, playing out a 1-1 draw in the English Premier League.
Mauricio Pellegrino’s side had taken an early lead thanks to captain Steven Davis, but a Glenn Murray effort in the second half restored parity and neither side could find the winner.
It’ll perhaps be seen as a better point for Brighton, despite the Premier League new boys playing at home. Southampton have laboured to a few draws already this season and fans are hoping for more from their talented side.
Supporters were especially critical of Dusan Tadic, who failed to do much in the game at all before being substituted in final stages. He missed his only chance of the game and was also perceived to have been guilty of simulation.
Once a player who was incisive and creative for Saints, he’s struggling to hit the standard he set for himself a couple of seasons ago and fans are growing impatient.
They took to Twitter to share their thoughts on his performance…
What has happened to Tadic? He used to have so much influence on a game, these days he doesn't so much.#SaintsFC

We have zero attacking threat. Again. Gabi isolated. Again. Tadic ineffective. Again. Forster flapping. Again. #SaintsFC

I don't see what Tadic brings to the game anymore #saintsfc

Dear me. Does Tadic not realise that we have those things called 'replays' now on TV? Stop faking and start playing #saintsfc

How the hell does Tadic get away with 5/10's every game and still play? #SaintsFC
