Southampton fans concerned ahead of Hull City clash

Southampton will look to further cement their spot in the top half of the Premier League table when they host relegation-battling Hull City at St Mary’s on Saturday.

The Saints stormed up to ninth position after picking up seven points in one week earlier this month but successive defeats against Manchester City and Chelsea mean they are just one point above 11th-placed Stoke City.

Meanwhile, the Tigers are in desperate need of points themselves as they currently lie two points above the relegation zone with four fixtures of the campaign remaining, but they will know they must improve away from home to boost their survival chances having lost their previous five on the road.

Southampton supporters have been giving their thoughts on the clash on the south coast via social media, and they are concerned despite all of the omens pointing to a home win.
