Sports TV presenter Richard Keys has made the bold claim that Everton will finish the season higher in the Premier League table than Merseyside rivals Liverpool.

Ronald Koeman took his Everton side to a Europa League place, but their activity in this summer’s transfer window has raised expectation for the upcoming season.
The Toffees have been by far the busiest club in the top flight with regards to incomings, and have spent over £85m on new players.
So far, they have recruited Jordan Pickford, Davy Klaassen, Henry Onyekuru, Sandro Ramirez, Michael Keane and Wayne Rooney.
It is worth noting that their best player Romelu Lukaku has gone the other direction to Manchester United, but they have certainly tried to fill the void left behind.
Keys, who used to work for Sky Sports but is now a presenter for beIN Sports, tweeted his prediction that Everton will have a better season than their rivals.
Loving Everton's business this summer. Here's an early call – they finish above Liverpool this season.
