Tottenham Hotspur have posted a scouting report from former defender Michael Dawson on West Ham United striker Andy Carroll on their official website ahead of the two clubs' clash at the London Stadium this weekend, but Spurs fans have mocked the centre-forward.

Dawson has claimed that the 28-year-old is the "best at what he does by a country mile", talking about how powerful and strong in the air he can be.

Carroll has already helped Slaven Bilic's men pick up four points from their last two matches following his return from injury, after the east London outfit lost their opening three Premier League fixtures of the season.

The former Liverpool and Newcastle attacker will certainly be looking to cause problems for the likes of Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen if he starts on Saturday.

Tottenham supporters were quick to give their reaction to the report via social media, with many claiming that he is the best at "being injured" rather than the strengths that Dawson had picked out.

Here is just a selection of the Twitter reaction…
