Manchester United suffered their first Premier League defeat of the season on Saturday afternoon - going down 2-1 to Huddersfield Town at the John Smith's Stadium.

United entered the match off the back of a run of six wins in eight league matches, but a lacklustre performance from Jose Mourinho's side saw them suffer their first loss.

Aaron Mooy opened the scoring in the 28th minute, before Laurent Depoitre doubled Huddersfield's lead in the 33rd minute.

United had one back late on through Marcus Rashford, but Mourinho's side could not find a second as Huddersfield recorded their first ever Premier League win over the Red Devils.

After the match, Spanish midfielder Ander Herrera, who is valued at £27m by transfermarkt.co.uk, offered a frank assessment of United's performance to the club's official television channel.

The interview was posted on United's official Twitter account, and it would be fair to say that the club's supporters were not best pleased with Herrera's display, despite the former Athletic Bilbao midfielder having the front to face the media when a number of his teammates did not.
