West Ham United have certainly endured a turbulent season and things aren't quite as rosy as they would have hoped in their first year at the London Stadium- but the Hammers have improved vastly over recent months.

Fighting away from the threat of relegation, West Ham are now sitting in the top-half of the Premier League with 12 games to go and will now be organising their plans for next season- where the Hammers will look to fight for European football once again.

The man accredited with turning around West Ham's position is manager Slaven Bilic, who's manage to get the campaign back-on-track and leave the Hammers with their heads held high- all whilst coping with the loss of Dimitri Payet in January.

The 48-year-old has now taken charge of 85 West Ham matches since his appointment in 2015 and he's set to add to that tally in the coming years, with Sky Sports reporting a fresh deal will be offered to the Croatian boss.

West Ham fans have taken to social media after hearing the news and it's fair to say the majority are happy with the outcome, as they now hope to kick-on in the latter stages of the campaign and into next season.
