West Ham fans praying club beat title-chasing Tottenham

West Ham United will hope to end a disappointing season on a high by beating arch-rivals and Premier League title-chasing Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium on Friday night.

The Irons are currently in 15th position with six points from the last 12 available after previous losing five top flight matches on the spin.

Despite their lowly spot in the standings Slaven Bilic’s side can leap up to ninth if they beat Spurs, showing just how the tight the gap is between a number of sides.

It won’t be an easy task against Mauricio Pochettino’s men though, who know they can close the gap to leaders Chelsea to just one point if they win.

West Ham supporters have been having their say in the build up to the huge clash via social media, and they are hopeful that their side will secure a victory that will give them the bragging rights, as well as potentially ending their London neighbours’ hopes of lifting their first Premier League trophy.
