The Southampton futures of Sofiane Boufal and Guido Carrillo look bleak after fans spotted that the pair were not included in the club’s pre-season trip to China.
Mark Hughes will take his squad to the Far East for friendlies against German outfit Schalke and Chinese side Jiangsu Suning.
The Saints announced the 30-man party on Saturday, and supporters were quick to notice that two of their first-team stars were missing.

Plenty of fans believe that the writing is on the wall and that both players will move on before the end of the transfer window.
No boufal = expect an announcement about him being sold in the coming days. Couldn’t have given a bigger hint haha

Saints are not good enough to have a flare player like Boufell .He may develop in to a great player but more likely he will disappear we need 100% commitment every game from every player

Boufal has been at the coastal club since 2016 when he moved from Lille, and last season he failed to make a significant impact.
The attack-minded player started just 11 Premier League matches, scoring two goals and creating two assists.
As for Carrillo, he was signed under Mauricio Pellegrino’s regime in a bid to solve the team’s lack of scoring issue, but he failed to find the back of the net in 10 outings.
