Tottenham Hotspur are without several key players for this evening's Champions League trip to AC Milan, where the two teams will battle it out in the first of a two-legged round of 16 tie.

Antonio Conte may be forced to turn to the inexperienced as the likes of Hugo Lloris, Ryan Sessegnon, Rodrigo Bentancur and Yves Bissmoua are absent with long-term injuries, whilst Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg serves a suspension.

Spurs head into kickoff fresh off the back of a 4-1 defeat to Leicester City in the Premier League. Meanwhile, the Rossoneri picked up their first win in eight games over the weekend too.

But what sort of lineup will Conte select in his home country? Here's what we are predicting...

How will Tottenham lineup against AC Milan?

There could be as many as six changes from the side that was thrashed at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Cristian Romero is available after his one-game domestic ban, so he'll slot straight into the back three, alongside Eric Dier and Clement Lenglet, who replaces Ben Davies on the left-hand side.

Fraser Forster is set to continue his no.1 duties in the absence of the club captain, whilst recent debutant Pedro Porro is likely to be dropped for Emerson Royal after a pretty disastrous maiden outing.

Ivan Perisic will keep his place on the other flank as Sessegnon is out for the foreseeable but then Conte has a tough task in the engine room, where he's without his first-choice trio.

It means that Oliver Skipp, 22, and Pape Matar Sarr, 20, are in line for rare starts at the San Siro, which will be no easy task despite AC Milan's struggles.

Further up the pitch, the Italian may also freshen things up in attack as he opts for Richarlison over the out-of-form Heung-min Son. The £90k-per-week Brazilian forward, lauded as a "warrior" by his manager earlier this season, will then partner both Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane.
